While MANAG was founded as a stock company in 1995, the early stages of operation of the owners can be traced as far as 1987. The subsequent events considered as significant are listed in the summary below:
1987 MANAG as the trade name adopted, the early stages of the enterprise
1990 Establishment of the Company as a legal subject
1991 Establishment of MANAG International, s.r.o.
1992 Operation commenced in the branch in Kolín
1995 Establishment of MANAG, a.s. owned by Czech shareholders
1995 ISO 9002 European standard introduced as the Quality Control System
1995 Takeover of METREX
1996 Executions of commissions with more than 100 installations staff
1996 Manufacture of electrical devices and systems in the detached branch in Kutná Hora began
1996 ISO 9000 European standard certification
1998 Quality Control System Certification for electrical devices for hazardous areas production
1999 Daughter Company MANAG SK, s.r.o. founded in the Slovak Republic
2002 E&I Emirates LLC founded in Abu Dhabi, UAE
2005 Company activities expanded into complex ICT & Data Networking services
2009 The new Headquarters, Engineering & Production Centre opened in Kolín
